Overall the house provided the basics for what we needed, a little outdated but overall good for a quick weekend getaway. However, communication prior to and during the stay was poor. The app that was supposed to have all the information was basically useless as it rarely worked because of poor cell service. It provided the incorrect information for WiFi and we emailed the lodging company for updated wifi information and never got a response so it was a bit frustrating trying to communicate with each other and restaurants throughout our stay. We also received multiple emails leading up to our stay about how to obtain our key at the office upon arrival. When we arrived there was no packet with our name as described in the email and thankfully it was still within hours that someone was inside to help. We were then told our location had a combination code but the emails we received never mentioned anything regarding a code. At this time we were notified that there was a parking limit for cars and were only given a parking pass for 1 vehicle, overflow parking was either at the resort or the lodging office which was not within walking distance. Which is pretty important to know when you are staying at a house that fits 10 people and kids...The cleaning crew did an ok job preparing for our stay, very surface level cleaning (crumbs still on cutting board, stacks of papers and such stashed in places, etc) and left a note for tips which was found to be a bit tacky. The app didn’t list any amenities or what was included in the property (what kind of coffee maker) which would have been helpful in planning. It did have a great variety of games for the kids to play which was appreciated and a wonderful working gas fireplace to keep warm

Old place, as expected, close to the slopes but not walking distance if you’re carrying gear. Disappointed in the service overall - dirty washcloth in the bathroom when we arrived, towels left in the washing machine when we arrived. Also had a bathroom door knob break - service came and removed the knob but never came back with a new one so we had no door knob for the bathroom during our stay. Will not stay at Briarcliff again. Other options have been better for the price.

we enjoyed the property and its location. It is not ski in ski out but pretty close to the slopes. The sliding screen and dishwasher were broken and we had to buy extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc. during our stay. No fire wood was provided so we bought a case of that too.

We had a great time. The property is convenient for skiing. We experienced high volume of people on the slopes. Recommend going during the week and when its not a Holiday weekend.

This condo was perfect for our group of six. Very clean, great location and reasonably priced. Lots of seating, comfortable beds and everything worked well. The only thing I would like to see are more cooking skillets. I only had one usable one that was on the small side so cooking took a while. We will definitely come back!

Very quiet, clean, minor repairs on windows and burners on stove needed. Would suggest a non stick frying pan. Great for a family with several rooms and games

The location of the condo is terrific, walk to everything! Stayed there last time. Condo pretty clean. The staff is fantastic. Will work with you no matter the problem. We had no problems and a very great time! Thanks for making my family Christmas a Merry Christmas!!! Hope to see you next year.

The location was wonderful for accessing the parkway as well as various other hikes. We did Otter Falls, Crab Orchard Falls, and the Nuwati trail with our kids ages 3-8. The unit had a great collection of board games, puzzles, and even LEGOs. Our kids loved the options. There was enough space for us. It's a little silly that they told us to bring our own toliet paper and paper towells (they provide "starter rolls") but I guess we can deal with that. All in all, it was a great trip.

Sugar Mtn Lodging were awesome to work with! The rental itself could use some repairs which were communicated to Sugar Mtn Lodging upon departure. The location was excellent and was a good fit for our needs. Would rent Briarcliff C-11 again if the owner repairs are completed. We will definitely rent via Sugar Mtn Lodging again!

Terrific! Close to everything we wanted to do without having to move our car.

Unit was clean and perfect for 3 adults and 3 children. Very convenient - close to slopes and Food Lion is a short drive. We would definitely rent this unit again.
